My package is notified as being delivered but I have not received it, how to do it ?
It is possible that the postal service delivered the parcel to a neighbour, so we advise you to check if the parcel was not dropped in the wrong place. If not, you can contact us by phone at 09-69-39-54-00 or by email at sav@chaussea.com. We will open a postal survey to try to find the package.
