 I did not receive all my items in my package

It is possible that your order was shipped in several packages, if this is the case, you can check the information on your internet customer account. Once logged in, you will need to go to "order history", then click "details".  It is also possible that the missing item was no longer in stock and therefore could not be sent to you. As a result, as the invoicing is done on dispatch, it was not invoiced.
