How to get a tax refund at CHAUSSEA ?
In order to benefit from a tax refund, the amount of purchases must be greater than €100 including taxes in the same store and on the same day. To do this, you will need to communicate to the store staff: your identity with your passport, your RIB and the receipt. If you have a Belgian or French RIB, we can refund you via our accounting department. Otherwise, a slip will be sent to you. It must be validated by customs where a cash refund will be offered to you.
