 How do I create my return label ?

In order to download your return label, you will need to go to "order history" and click on the relevant order. 
 
Afterwards, you will need to select the items to return and set the return reason . Then, click on "request a return".
 
The label will then be downloadable from the "COLISSIMO RETURNS" tab by clicking on the return number.
