From France : The refund is possible in store or via a return by mail, it will then be credited to the card used for payment. The following conditions must be met to receive a refund :
- within 30 days
- items not worn with the original box
- proof of purchase.
The return can be made in the Chaussea store of your choice. Purchases made through other payments are only eligible for an exchange or equity.
The return in store is only possible in stores in France and Belgium. If your delivery is in another country, please make your return online.
From Belgium : Unfortunately, in-store refunds are not possible. Only a credit note or an exchange can be offered. In order to get the refund, you will need to proceed with a postal return by creating the label from your customer space.
