In order to make an exchange, you will have to go to the store. Indeed, when returning by post, the refund is made automatically. The item must be returned within 30 days after receipt of the package in the original box and must not be carried.
The return in store is only possible in stores in France and Belgium. If your delivery is in another country, please make your return online.
