I bought my items in store and I want a refund, what are the conditions ?
The refund is only possible for purchases made by bank card and it will be credited to the card used for payment. The following conditions must be met to receive a refund :
- within 30 days
- items not worn with the original box - proof of purchase.
The return can be made in the Chaussea store of your choice. Purchases made through other payments are only eligible for an exchange or equity. The items must however be returned in the same country as the purchase (example: a product purchased in France cannot be returned in Belgium)
